BESH Stat v0.23 (2025-09-27)

There are several new features in this version focused on the multivariable and multivariate analysis including Correspondence and Multiple Correspondence analysis; Generalized Estimating Equations.

What's new?

Addition of Correspondence and Multiple Correspondence analysis
Addition of Generalized Linear Regression model procedure similar to the [R] base glm function providing most of the family and links options.
Addition of Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE)
Hodges-Lehmann estimate of shift computation (for Mann-Whitney test) - considerable speed improvement for samples where n1 * n2 > 1 048 576 observations (e.g. for sample of n1*n2=4 000 000; in previous BESH Stat version 0.22 it took ~1m20s on my system compared to the ~15s using the BESH stat v0.23)
bug fix: run-time error when there are no 0's in dependent variable in the Zero-inflated Poisson regression model. Now a descriptive message is generated and computation aborted.
